How long before we hear from Team Lightbringer that CBS isn’t really a credible news organization?
The latest bedtime story from the Obama administration was released today and, darn it, they just can’t bring themselves to tell the truth.
“Jobs saved” is no more measurable than “hugs hoped for” but when you have the smartest president in the history of EVER he’s probably privy to some super-secret genius metrics that we Earth-bound beings couldn’t handle.
We’re moving into new territory here. The formerly unquestioning MSM is showing signs of realizing that they might still need work one day after Barack Obama has left the White House. They’re not all being lulled into a credibility coma by the soothing voice of their hero. Tiny little signs of journalistic behavior are cropping up here and there.
One of the perils of the presidency is that the work load prevents POTUS from getting the message out there personally every day (although President Face Time has certainly tried). Now we have to hear about math from the likes of Robert “Uhhhh” Gibbs and Tim Geithner. So the spell wears off and the press becomes aware of the pile of b.s. in the room. They are beginning to-Quelle Surprise!-ask questions again.
President Obama has demonstrated a pattern of lashing out at anyone from the media who questions him and isolating them from his favored reporter pet pool. That’s been fairly easy until now because there have only been two or three reporters/anchors in all the land who knew that the emperor wasn’t wearing any clothes.
In the last two days both the AP and CBS have arched an eyebrow at “saved or created”. Is the president going to have another playground fit about them?
Or will he finally start telling the truth about some of this crap?

Well done.
