I agree with you that this bill sucks. But don't blame it on the Democrats. If Republicans were in power in would have been more of the same. We don't own congress, the insurance companies do. It's not just Pelosi and the Democrats, It's Boehner and the Republicans too. Then entire system is rotten and fixed.

And here you are fretting about the threat of Communism, it's absurd. What these people are creating, or helping to create, is far more insidious and controlling than anything in our recent history. We're allowing them to shape our futures with their greed. This is a conflict between rich and poor, nothing else.

The answer is simple. Stop supporting them, stop giving them money, stop acting as if they're in charge, they're not. We the people have to unify in that realization and shed these illusions of polarity the current system, in order to keep us separated and distracted, perpetuates. Because if we all just threw down our hands together as a nation and said "we're done making money for you." It would be over for them and they know it. And we could kill both wings of the same bird at the same time, in one glorious bush.

Can you say mandate?

The "give me a government hand-out" crowd is in need of appeasement. They have been kept waiting long enough.

Let's not forget that Obama wanted health care reform passed back in August.

I can taste your frustration, and it's the same foul presence that's in my mouth.

The Constitution has become to Congress what stoplights are to New Orleans drivers: no more than a mild sugestion.

The initial pavers of the yellow-plated brick road to the sparkling Emerald-Green City of communism were laid last weekend by 220 members of the House of Representatives, including mine.
